You Can't Spell Awesome Without Me!
Dear Reader, let me tell you some things about myself. I’m Hannah, a fifteen-year-old girl, living in Bulala, Vigan City.
Like many teenagers, I’m still finding more things about myself. I still can’t believe that this is my last year as a junior high school student. It feels like I just graduated from elementary, and three more quarters from now, I’m going to hopefully graduate junior high school as a special science class student. Time really does fly by fast.I’m a girl who loves to listen to music. I find music relaxing and soothing to my ears and mind. Oh, and I also play the guitar and ukulele. Sometimes, I just randomly grab the guitar or uke and randomly sing some song in my room. Apart from loving music, I also have a small passion for reading and writing. My favorite book is called ‘The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo’, written by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I like making up fictional stories and jotting them down whenever I have a story idea at the most random time of the day. I love talking to my cousins who are from Zambales, joking around with them, and sending funny TikTok videos to each other.
I also adore watching movies, film series, and TV shows. My favorite movie is either ‘(500) Days of Summer’ or ‘Perks of Being a Wallflower’. I don’t know, these movies just hit the right spot for me. I like to think that I’m a funny person…Or that’s just my humor talking. I also tend to be sarcastic when I have the chance. At this point, I’ve probably said the word “favorite” a million times in this paragraph, but my favorite thing to do is to talk to my family and friends about anything, bonding with the people I love will always be my favorite thing to do.
In the future, I hope to graduate and make my family proud. I hope to get a job that makes a lot of money so that I can treat my family, especially my parents on something they want as a thank you for taking care of me and giving me their full support in everything that I do. I want to travel with them around the world and experience what it feels like on the other side of the world with my loved ones. I also hope to cross out things from my bucket list such as watching my favorite artists live, experiencing what it feels like being in a band, and meeting my online friends from across the world. I really hope that I get to do these things in the future. As I end this paragraph, I would like to say that taking risks is better than regretting. As John Keating once said in ‘Dead Poets Society’ Carpe Diem.
