February 14 celebrates the day of love and affection. This celebration is also called Saint Valentine’s Day. This is an annual festival that allows us to celebrate love, affection, and admiration.  This event originated in the story of Saint Valentine who performs secret marriages, this story became a link to love and affection which made people celebrate this at the day of his death day which was February 14. This is celebrated in every country every 14th of February to express their appreciation and affection to their loved ones including their friends, family or significant others.   This can be easily expressed through recognizing the significance of your loved ones in different forms such as giving gifts namely flowers, chocolates, or letters, spending time, or just by simply letting them know that you treasure and care for them.  References: Blogger: <https://www.blogger.com> Who Was Saint Valentine? 3rd Time's A Charm

Another second quarter has ended, and I have learnt a lot about information and communication technology. Creating a community-based research project and designing its website was an adventure. During the third quarter, we continued to create exercise html activities in the computer lab. This quarter, we focused more on our community-based study, and I was picked as the team leader, which was interesting, and we also have a new, amazing, and kind practice teacher this quarter. We still got to code on notepad with the ordered list, unordered list, and the nested list.               The major problem that we have encountered during this 3rd quarter of the school year was the exhausting Saturday classes in general. We barely got any rest due to the implementation of the Saturday classes which meant that we only had one day of rest from school. Another problem that I encountered was the makin...

Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year is celebrated on the second new moon after the winter solstice, typically during January and February. This celebration commemorates the coming of spring and the start of a new year on the lunisolar calendar. During Chinese New Year, people clean their homes and decorate them with crimson lanterns, couplets, and new furnishings, share gifts, including cash in red envelopes for youngsters, and engage in events like lion and dragon dances, temple fairs, and shopping at flower markets.            Beyond its Chinese roots, Filipinos celebrate the festival as a sign of luck, prosperity, and new beginnings. Filipinos celebrate the Chinese New Year because this celebration serves as the cultural ties between China and the Philippines. It's a time to celebrate family, success, and community while also fostering unity and cultural under...
